Ticket Policies
Our "Assisted Walker" ticket is intended for those less confident around animals, and for children ages 3-10. It is important that you choose the correct ticket when booking. An Assisted Walker will share an alpaca with an adult during the experience. As our alpacas can be quite strong, it is for your own safety that we have this in place. If we believe that it would be safer for you or someone in your party to be an assisted walker during your experience, we reserve the right to implement this on the day.
The "Solo Walk" ticket is for children ages 10-16 years, who are confident around animals, have good intuition and don't require any assistance.

We kindly ask that when booking, you make sure you have selected the correct tickets for your party. This makes the process a lot easier and smoother on the day.
How concessions work

We want as many people as possible to be able to enjoy our Alpaca experiences so we offer a few discounts depending on situation;

Hikers
As our farm is in a beautiful and quiet rural location with a narrow single lane track, we would love to encourage anyone to enhance their countryside experience by hiking in along the Public Right of Way that goes straight thought the yard.
Students and Over 60s
This isn't an unusual concession to see, Students should present a university card at check in and anyone over 60 just needs to let us see your DOB on an official document (License, Bus pass). I promise we won't be looking too hard on this one.
